摘要
采用逆相乳液聚合法合成自交联型聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂。研究了丙烯酸中和度和浓度、引发剂用量对树脂性能的影响。制得的树脂吸去离子水达1200~1700(g/g),吸0.9%NaCl75~143(g/g)。实验发现树脂水凝胶呈现假塑性流变行为,具有显著的增稠性。利用多元线性回归分析方法,得到计算树脂吸水倍率的经验公式,可用于树脂的合成设计计算。
A super absorbent resin, which is self-cross-linking polyacrylic acid sodium salt,was synthesized by means of counter emulsion polymerization. The relationships between the characteristic of the resin and the degree of neutralization, the concentration of acrylic acid,the amount of initiator were studied. The absorption amount of the resin is 1200-1700g/g and 75-143g/g in case of deionizing water and 0. 9%NaCl solution,respectively. The hydrogel of the resin appears pseudoplastic rheologic behaviour and high thickening power. The correlation to calculate the water absorption amount of the resin was abtained by means of regressive analysis, which may apply to synthetic design.
