摘要
北京燕山石油化工股份有限公司为提高重油加工深度 ,将掺炼减压渣油约 30 %的第二套催化裂化装置以加工大庆减压渣油原料为目标进行了技术改造。改造采用重新设计的提升管反应器、高效雾化喷嘴、封闭式旋流快分系统、高效汽提段、系统的防焦技术、富氧再生和DVR 1专用催化剂等技术。改造后已连续运转 17个月 ,原料中减压渣油最高可达 85 %以上。经对不同掺渣量工况进行标定 ,轻油收率在 70 %左右 ,液体收率在 80 %左右 ,取得了较好的产品分布 ,全年可增创经济效益 2 80 0万元 ,表明装置的技术改造是成功的。
The second set of FCCU in Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation was technically transformed for increasing the vacuum residue blending ratio. The revamp adopted many new technologies, such as newly designed riser, closed rapid separation system, high efficiency feed atomizing nozzle, coking prevention measures, oxygen enrichment regeneration, and using proprietary catalyst DVR 1, etc. After the revamp, the unit has been continuously running 17 months with a feedstock containing vacuum residue more than 85%. The test runs at various residue blending ratios showed that promising product slates were obtained, the light oil yield and liquid product yield were around 70% and 80% respectively.
