摘要
考察了催化裂化催化剂基质材料的Al2 O3 质量分数和活性组分酸性调质对催化剂的重油转化能力及柴 /汽比的影响规律。采用高Al2 O3 质量分数的基质材料和适度酸性调质的分子筛在较优工艺条件下制备出多产柴油的MLC 330 0催化剂。小型固定流化床评价结果表明 ,与超稳Y型分子筛催化剂RHZ 30 0相比 ,MLC 330 0催化剂可提高催化裂化柴油指数约 1.5个单位。
The alumina content in matrices and the modification of surface acidity of Y zeolites were investigated and co related with the heavy oil catalytic cracking ability and the LCO/naphtha ratio. An alumina enriched matrix and a moderately modified Y zeolite were suggested as main components of the MLC series catalysts for enhancing LCO production. It was found from the fixed fluidized bed evaluation data that the diesel index value of the said catalyst was 1.5 higher than that of the USY catalyst, RHZ 300.
