摘要 世界范围内原油重质化和劣质化速度增加快 ,而对轻质油产品的需求增大 ,重质燃料油的需求减少 ,加之对环境保护日益严格 ,导致原油资源供应与石油产品需求之间的矛盾与日俱增。延迟焦化技术因其设备投资少、工艺简单、技术成熟、可加工各类高含沥青质、硫和金属的重质渣油 ,最大量的生产馏分油产品 ,已经成为世界各国重质油轻质化的重要手段 ,并得到了迅速发展 ,将在渣油深度加工方面发挥越来越重要的作用。近年来 ,世界各国学者针对延迟焦化工艺技术进行研究和改进的方向主要集中在提高液收和减少焦炭及气体产率、优化操作和提高质量等方面。综述了延迟焦化工艺的特点及国内外延迟焦化工艺的现状、技术进展和发展趋势。同时指出为取得更大经济效益 ,应充分利用现有装置重视组合工艺的开发和利用。 The speed of that crude oil becomes heavier and the quality poorer becomes fast, but the demand to light oil is increasing, the demand to heavy fuel oil is decreasing. In addition, the environment protection requirement becomes stricter day by day. These lead to that the contradiction between provision of crude oil and demand of oil products becomes sharp and sharp. Delayed coking process, as one of the critical measures to cope with the great necessity of deep processing of residual oil, has developed quickly in recent years because of its low equipment investment, simple process and matured technology. Delayed coking is playing increasing important role in processing residue containing high asphalt, sulfur and metal. The main problems of delayed coking process are to maximize liquid yields, minimize coke and gas, optimize control conditions and improve product qualities. Both the domestic processing technology and the latest developments abroad are reviewed in this paper. In order to gain greater profits, more attention should be paid to the exploitation and use of the integration of processing technologies.
