摘要
介绍我国某些原油渣油的主要特点及深加工的基本状况。重点叙述北京燕山石油化工公司减压渣油催化裂化工艺的特点及工业装置的设计要点,该工艺使用了RIPP最新开发的加工石蜡基原油减压渣油的新一代渣油催化裂化催化剂和短接触时间的提升管反应器,在大剂油比下操作,采用混合温度控制技术、高的雾化蒸汽量和新的进料设计、高效雾化喷嘴、以及提升管出口剂油快速分离技术、高效挡板分段汽提技术等。
The characteristics of some Chinese residues and the status of deep conversion technologies of residues in China are introduced. The technical features and the design principles of the vacuum residue catalytic cracking applied in Yanshan Petrochemical Company are highlighted. This unit uses a new catalyst developed by RIPP which is suitable for processing vacuum residues of paraffinic crudes. It also adopts the techniques developed by BDI, such as: riser reaction with short contact time, mix zone temperature control, new feed introduction designs, high efficient atomizing nozzles, new riser outlet separator technique, high efficiency baffles, and stage stripping. Operating under the conditions of high atomizing steam rate and high catalyst to oil ratio can obtain good product slate and product quality.
