摘要
用正交实验研究了兽疫链球菌生产透明质酸的最佳发酵条件。结果表明 ,在培养基组成 (% )为葡萄糖 12、血清 2 .0、蛋白胨 2 .0、牛肉膏 1.5、酵母膏 1.5和 Ca CO38.0的条件下培养 42 h。
The optimum fermentation conditions of the microbial synthesis of hyaluronic acid selected by an orthogonal design were reported.
