摘要
研究了透明质酸产生菌兽疫链球菌的诱变筛选及摇瓶发酵条件。通过紫外线和NTG复合诱变处理得到溶血性弱的菌株,突变菌株比出发菌株透明质酸产量提高1倍以上。同时,对摇瓶发酵条件进行了优化,确定了最佳发酵培养基、最适反应温度、最适pH、碳源及氮源的选择。
Primary researches on the mutation screening of Streptococcus zooep/demwcus and its shake - flask fermentation conditions were carried out. After wild swain was mutated by UV and NTG, sane strains low- hcmoclasis were obtained; one of those colonys can produce 100 HA more than the original strain. The optimtan fermen- tation conditions of hyaluronic acid were studied, then the optimtrn fermentation culture meditrn and reaction temperature and pH and proper N and C source were confin-ned.
