摘要
用NTG和LiCl复合诱变,筛选不产溶血素和透明质酸降解酶的突变菌株,对发酵条件进行优化,在最佳发酵条件下,透明质酸的产量达到5.68g/L,分子量达到1.06×106Da。
By the treatment with NTG and LiCI, a mutant strain was obtained owning the ability to produce high amount of hyaluronic acid without the production of hemolysin or hyaluronidase. After the optimization on fermentation conditions, 5.68 g/L hyaluronic acid was produced with molecular weight of 1.06× 10^6.
