摘要
目的 分析后房型人工晶状体植入术后瞳孔上移的原因。方法 对 2 36例 2 36眼白内障行后房型人工晶状体植入术 ,其中 2 2 5眼行囊袋植入 ,11眼行睫状沟植入。结果 瞳孔上移 2 2眼 ,发生率 9.32 %。主要原因系虹膜萎缩及玻璃体脱出所致。结论 避免瞳孔上移的关键在于提高手术者的显微手术技巧和减少对虹膜的损伤 ,术后合理地应用散瞳剂及彻底地控制虹膜炎性反应。
Objective To study the causes of pupil dislocation after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Methods The operation was performed on 236 eyes with cataract patients.Of these,225 eyes with capsule bag fixated lens;11 eyes with iridociliary sulus-fixated lens.Results 22 eyes have been pupil dislocation after operation,corrence rate was 9.32%.Bring about the mainly causes of pupil dislocation were iridoleptynsis and vitreous loss.Conclusion The key for prevention pupil dislocation is practice's microsurgical skill,and decrease iris injury in operation;use right mydriasis-druy.And control completely the inflammation reaction in postoperation.
