摘要
目的：分析白风障囊外摘除术发生瞳孔上移的原因，以便临床采取预防措施。方法：根据瞳孔上移的判断标准，将79例（共81眼）白内障囊外摘除术后发生瞳孔上移的病例进行统计分析。结果：本组病人白内障囊外摘除术后瞳孔上移的发生率为12．15％，常见原因是：上方虹膜萎缩、后囊膜破裂、玻璃体进入前房、虹膜损伤、切口炎性粘连牵引等。结论：处理好角膜缘切口和突入前房的玻璃体、以及术后有效的抗炎治疗，是预防因各种原因引起瞳孔上移的有效措施。
the article have analysed the cause and treatment of upshift on pupil after extracuPsular extraction ofcataract from 79 patients(81 eyes). The up-shift on pupil was divided into three grades or light-grade, middeI-gradeand serious-grade. The incidence of up-shift on pupil is 12.15% in this article. It's primary causes are the damageand atrophy of itis, mptchor capsule break , vitrcous-inburst anterior and inflammatory adhesion around incision. Theideal treatments are(1 ) managed the incision of limbus and the vitreous-inburst antedor with opportune methed; (2)used effective anti-inflammtory medicine.
