摘要
本文报告著者自1985年至1989年进行后房人工晶体植入术200只眼所见并发症。200只眼中190眼为老年性白内障,74％为近成熟期。均选用Sinskey型后房人工晶体。矫正视力0.5以上占90.5％,1.0以上占67％。 术中并发症有前房出血和后囊破裂。术后并发症有角膜水肿,反应性虹膜睫状体炎、瞳孔区残留前囊、角膜散光,后囊浑浊和人工晶体异位。并对并发症进行了讨论。
The complications of 200 posterior chamber intraocular implantation eyes were reported. There were 190 senile cataracts, (74%). of them were in or closed in mature stage.Sinskey posterior chamber intraocular impliantation was selected. Postoperative corrected vision better than 0.5 was 90.5%, including 67% of 1.0. Complications during operation were bleeding into the anterior chamber and rupture of posterior capsule. Post-operative complications were corneal edema, reactive iritis, residuals of anterior capsule, corneal astigmatism opacities of posterior capsule, decentering and dislocations of intracular lens. The complications were analyzed and discussed.
