摘要
目的评价带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果,探讨其显微手术技巧的改进及安全性。方法在显微镜下对64例(64眼)患者进行翼状胬肉切除,取同侧眼颞上带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘干细胞进行移植治疗,术后随访12个月。结果 64例(64眼)植片均存活,仅3例翼状胬肉于术后第6个月复发,复发率4.7%,术后术眼美观自然。结论带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘干细胞移植是一种简单合理、安全有效的治疗翼状胬肉的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the treatment of pterygum by transplantation of autologous limbal stem cells with conjunctival flap and to discuss the improvement and safety of the microsurgical techniques. Methods The pterygi- um excision was performed in 64 cases （64 eyes） under microscopy and then the conjunctival flap with autologous limbal stem cells was transplanted on the same side eyes. The patients were followed up for 12 months. Results All rafts of the 64 patients （64 eyes） were alive. During the follow-up period pterygium recurred in 3 cases （4.7%） sixth months after the operation. The post-operative eyes looked natural and pretty. Conclusion Transplantation of autolo- gous limbal stem cells with the conjunctival flap is a simple, reasonable, safe and effective treatment for pterygium.
