摘要
目的:观察丙肝宁颗粒对卡介苗(BCG)和脂多糖(LPS)所致小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型的肝保护作用,并初步探讨其机制。方法:小鼠尾iv BCG 2.5mg/只,对照组给予等量NS。给药自造模之日开始,每日1次,持续10d。末次给药后再次尾iv LPS10μg/只进行攻击,16h后小鼠眶后静脉取血,进行指标检测。结果:丙肝宁1.25、2.5、5.0g/kg3个剂量组均可不同程度地抑制BCG和LPS诱导的小鼠肝、脾指数及血清ALT、AST水平的升高,抑制ConA、LPS诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应降低和T细胞亚群CD4+/CD8+比值升高,阻止小鼠肝脏病变的发生,且有显著性差异。结论:丙肝宁颗粒对小鼠免疫性肝损伤具有保护作用,且可调节免疫功能的变化。
s Objecthve: To investigate the protective effects of Bingganning on the changes of the BCG and LPS-induced model. Methods:Liver injury of mouse model was induced by BCG and LPS intravenous injection in ten days?interval, the mice were executed after 16h. Results:the weighing indexes of liver and spleen of the mice were increased, the activities of ALT and AST were increased in sera. The proliferation response of splencytes to ConA and LPS was lowered, and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio of T lymphocytes were increased. Histopathologic studies showed different liver lesions. Bingganning(1.25、2.5、5.0g/kg,ig) antagonized the aboved changes partly or completely. Conclusion: Bingganning could prevent liver damage induced by BCG and LPS in mice,and it could play a role in modulation of immunity.
