摘要
分析中医对视网膜脱离的认识 ,认为临床上可分为湿热困脾、脾虚湿困、脾肾气虚三型 ,选用五苓散合补中益气汤化裁而成的网膜一号冲剂进行治疗 ,取得较好的临床疗效。
The detachment of retina was investigated from the Chinese medical perspective.It is believed that detachment of retina can be classified into three patterns:dampness heat in the spleen,spleen asthenia and dampness accumulation,and spleen kidney qi deficiency,and then treated with 'No.1 Retina Granule' which is composed of ingredient modified 'Wuling Powder' and 'Buzhong Yiqi Pill'.Good therapeutic effects are obtained.
