摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:运用传统中医辨证论治理论将80例符合诊断标准的患者分为4型(肝气乘脾、气滞津枯、脾虚湿困和脾肾阳虚)予以中药治疗。结果:总有效率均在89%以上。结论:辨证分型治疗是目前治疗IBS行之有效的方法之一。
Objective：To clincal effects of TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）.Method：On the basis of TCM theory,80 cases met the diagnostic criteria were divided into 4 patterns and treated in traditional Chinese medicine.Results：Certain clinical effects are achieved and the first three types are particularly satisfied.Conclusion：syndrome differentiatio treatment is an effective method for treating IBS.
