摘要
目的观察中医辨证治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法对76例符合诊断标准的患者依据四诊所得辨证分为4型(肝郁脾虚、气滞肠涩、脾虚湿困和脾肾阳虚),予中药治疗。结果除脾肾阳虚型外,其他三型均有较为满意的临床疗效。结论辨证分型治疗是目前治疗IBS较好的方法。
Objective To observe the clinic effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on irritable bowel syndrome 0BS）. Method The patients （n=76）, accorded with diagnostic standard, were classified into 4 syndrome types （syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency, qi and intestinal stagnation, dampness encumbering spleen due to deficiency, or insufficiency of spleensyang and kidney-yang） on the base of four diagnostic methods. Result Except the syndrome of insufficiency of spleen-yang and kidneyyang the other three types had satisfactory clinical effects. Conclusion The treatment through syndrome differentiation and classification is a good therapy for IBS.
