摘要
目的 :探讨中 /长链脂肪乳注射液和制备工艺。方法 :用正交试验法选用L9( 34 )正交表优选工艺条件。结果 :制备的样品2 5℃放置 18个月各项指标符合规定。结论 :制备工艺可行。
Objective:To explore the preparative technology of medium and long chain triglyceride fat emulsion injection. Method:The preparing factors were optimized by orthogomal design. Results: Samples of products were stored at 25 ℃ for 18 months and conformed to the standards. Conclusions:The method is reliable.
