摘要
大豆卵磷脂是大豆油生产的副产品,简要介绍大豆卵磷脂的结构、功能、应用、提纯和检测方法。
Soybean lecithin was a by-product of soybean oil production, the structure of soybean lecithin, functions,applications,purification and detection methods were introduced in this paper.
