摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱 -蒸发激光散射检测法 (HPLC ELSD)直接测定中 /长链脂肪乳注射液中大豆油和中链甘油三酸酯的含量。方法 :AlltimaSilica色谱柱 ,以正己烷 -异丙醇 -冰乙酸为流动相 ,蒸发激光散射检测器检测。结果 :定量测定的大豆油和中链甘油三酸酯在线性范围内 ,两组分峰面积的自然对数分别与相应浓度的自然对数呈良好线性关系。相关系数分别为r =0 .9998和r =0 .9999。结论 :本方法准确、快捷、方便 ,是直接测定中
Objective: An HPLC ELSD method was established for the determination of soybean oil and medium chain triglycerides in Medium and Long chain Triglycerides Lipid Emulsion Injections.Method: An evaporated light scattering detector and Alltima Silica column were used,with a mixture of n hexane, 2 propanol and glacial acetic acid as mobile phase. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the concentration ranges of 171.9～859.6 μg·mL -1 for soybean oil ( r =0.9998), and 155.2～776.0 μɡ·mL -1 for medium chain triglycerides ( r =0.9999) respectively.Conclusion: This method was found to be accurate, rapid and simple for the determination of soybean oil and medium chain triglycerides in Medium chain and Long chain Triglycerides Lipid Emulsion Injections.
