摘要
从解决快速原型中成形精度与成形效率之间的矛盾出发,阐述了自适应分层在减小台阶误差,提高制造精度方面的意义,介绍了自适应分层的基本原理和两种典型自适应分层方法.在商用的CAD系统上实现了CAD模型的自适应分层并加以案例分析.
On the basis of solving the contradiction between the precision and the efficiency in rapid prototyping , this paper states self-accommodation cutting layer's value in reducing the step error and improving the manufacture precision and, introduces the fundamental and two typical methods of self-accommodation cutting layer. It develops the CAD model of self-accommodation cutting layer in commerce CAD system and analyses the cases.
