摘要
文章分析、比较了快速成形自适应分层的现有算法 ,提出了基于STL文件三角形面片法向矢量的自适应分层算法。该算法根据给定的加工精度 ,可以很方便地求出相应的符合精度要求的分层厚度。通过与现有算法的比较 ,表明该算法简单、计算量较小而且容易实现。
Through analyzing and comparing the exist arithmetic of self-adaptive slicing for rapid prototype, an adaptive slicing arithmetic based on STL triangle facet-vector model is presented in this paper. It is easy to gain corresponding slicing thickness fitting for precision requirement according to machining precision in this arithmetic. By comparing, it indicated that the arithmetic features simple process and little calculation, thus it is easy to realize.
