摘要 各种快速成形新技术的涌现,提高了快速成形技术的成形能力,拓展了其应用领域.介绍了基于化学沉积方法的快速成形技术,提出了根据成形材料的不同状态和使能技术的不同方式将其分类的方法,分析了热化学液相沉积成形、激光诱导化学沉积成形、电子束诱导化学沉积成形、电化学沉积成形等快速成形新技术的基本原理和工艺特点,并阐述了其应用前景. The appearance of many kinds of new technologies not only increases the forming abilities of Rapid Prototyping technology but also expands the fields of its application. Rapid Prototyping technologies based on the chemical deposition are proposed. The classification according to the forming materials and enabled methods is presented, The essential principles and technological characteristics of several new Rapid Prototyping technologies, such as Rapid Prototyping of Thermochemical Liquid Deposition, Rapid Prototyping of Laser-induced Chemical Liquid Deposition, Rapid Prototyping of Electron Beam-induced Chemical Vapor Deposition, Rapid Prototyping of Electrochemical Liquid Deposition, and so on, and their potential application are also analyzed.
