摘要
分析当前快速成形系统中CAD模型三角网格化后的误差成因及其对成形精度的影响,在STL文件转化过程中,提出通过对弦高进行优化以控制模型误差的方法,在保证CAD模型精度的同时,也提高了成形效率。
Analyses the surface meshing error on the CAD model and the influences to rapid prototype. By optimizing the chord height, a method of controlling the model error is proposed in the course of transferring CAD model to STL file. This method can ensure the precision of CAD model, and can also improve the modeling efficiency.
