摘要
西方的企业理论包含许多分支理论,但总括起来不外乎解决企业家在其能力既定的前提下的生产性努力问题,而且每种激励方法遵循的都是经济学方法,即把企业家视为经济理性人,这种思路忽视了企业家能力、激励方法的综合作用以及企业家需要的多样性,因而总觉不尽如人意。超产论试图从外部竞争的角度解决企业家能力和企业家生产性努力问题,但似乎把问题看得过于简单化了。事实上,从企业家与企业绩效的关系看,企业绩效是企业家能力、企业家生产性努力以及企业家掌握的资源数量和质量、外部随机干扰这几个方面综合作用的结果。因此对这一问题必须多方法、多角度系统地加以把握。
Western theory of the firm includes many offset theories, inshort, assuming that entrepreneurships ability is vested, it resolvesproducing effort of entrepreneurship. Every incentive theory useseconomic means, namely it view entrepreneurship economical man andrational man. The idea ignores entrepreneurships ability, synthesis ofincentive means and diverse entrepreneurship need. The idea is un-satisfaction. The theory of super property right try to resolve theproblems of entrepreneurships ability and effort from the angle of externalcompetition, but its means seem simple. In fact, seen the relationshipof entrepreneurship and firms efficiency, firms efficiency is a integratedresult of entrepreneurships ability, effort, possessing-resource andexternal stochastic interference, and entrepreneurships need are diverse.Therefore, we must consider the problem with many means and viewssystematic.
