摘要
本文论述的是如何解决企业家的能力问题以及企业家的生产性努力问题，并讨论这两 者之间的相互影响关系。从企业家与企业绩效的关系看，企业绩效是企业家能力、企业家生 产性努力以及企业家掌握的资源数量和质量、外部随机干扰这几个方面综合作用的结果。因 此对这一问题必须多方法、多角度系统地加以把握。
