摘要
关于企业家人力资本的评价问题是理论研究的一个热点问题,文章针对高科技企业家人力资本评价指标体系研究现状做了简单论述,并得出高科技企业家人力资本研究薄弱,需要进一步研究的结果。
At present, it is a focus problem on entrepreneur human capital in theoretical research. This article is a simple discuss on high-tech entrepreneur human capital appraisal index. The result is the research on high-tech entrepreneur human capital is so weakness that we have to get more study on it.
