摘要
漏斗型结晶器内腔曲面形状的优化设计是确保薄板坯连铸高拉速的核心和关键。本文对自主开发的双弧和椭圆漏斗型结晶器内腔曲面形状特性进行研究,利用有限元软件MARC模拟了铸坯经过结晶器的过程,确定不同结晶器内腔形状对坯壳变形分布的影响,用以对比结晶器曲面形状优劣,指导和改善结晶器曲面设计特性,使之更加科学合理。
In order to improve the speed of thin slab casting, the shape design of funnel-shaped mould should be optimized. In this paper, different types of domestic-designed funnel-shaped mould were analyzed through the finite element method using MARC.The influence of funnel shape on slab surface deformation was obtained, which can help optimizing the mould design and making the mould more available.
