摘要
结合安龙钢铁有限责任公司的实际生产,通过对连铸过程结瘤处的残钢进行分析,找出了小方坯连铸结瘤的原因和影响因素,提出了减少小方坯连铸结瘤的措施,对安龙钢铁有限责任公司的设备技术改造和炼钢工艺改进情况进行介绍。
By analyzing the composition of residual steels during continuous casting, the study has found out the main cause for producing the billet continuous casting scab and its influencing factors, combined with the practical production of Anlong Iron & Steel Ltd.. Furthermore, the paper gives suggestions to improve equipments technology and steel-making process in Anlong Iron & Steel Ltd..
