摘要
薄板坯连铸机结晶器内腔宽面通常由若干简单几何曲面拼接而成,使铸坯坯壳在结晶器内自上而下移动过程中承受较大的非均匀变形,从而在铸坯坯壳内产生“弯”、“扭”、“剪”应力。理想的薄板坯连铸机结晶器内腔宽面应该具有三个几何特征,即满足薄板坯连铸基本生产工艺几何尺寸和形状要求;曲率连续、曲率变化率最小;考虑铸坯坯壳受到冷却作用而凝固收缩的影响因素。本文详述了邯钢理想薄板坯结晶器内腔宽面部分曲面的获取过程。
The thin slab caster mould is normally composed of several simple geometric curved surface, where the strand sbell bearings the considerable uneven deformation during the movement from top to bottom. Therefore it brings the “bending”, “twisting”and “shearing”stress to the strand shell. An ideal inner curved surface of the mould should have the following three geometry characteristics: first of all, meeting the requirement of basic production process dimension and geometric shape of thin slab casting; secondly, continuous curvature “ρ”, minimum changing rate of curvature “ρ” ; and thirdly, taking the influence factor of solidification shrinkage during strand shell cooling into account.
