大方坯轻压下过程有限元法模拟研究

摘要 应用MSC.Marc有限元软件对不同压下量和不同坯壳厚度时的轻压下过程应力应变进行了模拟研究。研究结果说明轻压下在坯壳厚度较厚、压下量较小时铸坯所承受的应力与产生的应变较小,结合不同拉速条件下的铸坯进行了凝固模拟研究结果,分析不同压下工艺条件下铸坯的变形规律,得到了合理的压下位置与压下量。研究结果为优化轻压下工艺提供了参考,还可以优化铸坯压下的变形分布,提高铸坯的内部质量。 Based on MSC. Marc FEM, stress and strain simulation during soft reduction process in bloom casting has been studied on different reductions and bloom dimensions. Results showed that both stress and strain for larger strand thickness and smaller reduction were not significant. Combined with the simulation of solidification at different casting speed, strand deformations were analyzed with different reduction rate. Optimum reduction rate and reduction position were obtained. FEM simulation can provide references for the optimization of soft reduction process in strand deformation distribution and improving the internal quality of the strand.
