摘要
对国内外茶黄素分析方法的研究成果和研究现状进行了综述。评价分析了Roberts法、α-氨基乙基二苯酸酯试剂分析法、三氯化铝法、SephadexLH-20柱层析法、Whitehead法、高效液相色谱法和毛细管电泳法的优缺点,认为高效液相色谱法或许是较为理想的分析方法。
This paper summarized the recent domestic and foreign achievements andresearches on various methods for the assay of teaflavins.It also analysed and Compared the merits and defects of the methods of Roberts,Flavognost analysis,Aluminium chloride,Sephadex LH- 20 Column Chromatograpy,Whitehead, High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Capillary Electrophoresis.It was possibly remarked that the High Performance Liquid Chromatography was preferable to be others for the assay of teaflavins.
