摘要
1977年南化研究院推出了以补风限速,水洗净化为特色的氧闭环系统,在本院中试车间试验的氧化锆传感器寿命可达3个月以上,系统滞后可达30s。该技术逐渐成为该院净化新工艺的基础,尤其在保证新型电除尘器的工艺条件方面起到很大的作用。 目前国内不少硫酸厂采用了南化研究院的抽出式测氧技术,下面分推广情况及存在问题谈些看法。
The design of a furnace for burning H2S (ail gas, a byproduct in manufacturing barium carbonate from barite is described, The furnace comprises a φ2400×6500 horizontal cylindrical steel shell lined with refractory bricks. It operates at a pressure of -30-50Pa with 6.5% inlet H2S concentration and 6.5s gas resident time. A gasometer is used to store H2S feed gas and decrease the gas pressure from 0.15MP to 3000-4000Pa.
