摘要
本文阐述了WY-Ⅱ型氧化锆测氧仪的研制情况。由于采用了数字化技术进行线性校正,非线性误差小于1％;还增加了一些必要的功能,如断偶报警、电炉超温报警并断电、氧化锆管内阻自检等。在工业生产中运用,效果良好。
The nonlinear error of WY-II zirconia oxygen analyzer was decreased to<1.0% by a digitized linear technique. Some other functions added were thermocouple breakdown alarm, electric heater alarm and switch off when the temperature goes out of the limit, and self-examination of the internal resistance of zirconia detector. The analyzer proved effective in process control.
