摘要
重点介绍了直插式氧化锆氧量分析仪的研制过程。氧化锆基体材料为 (ZrO2 ) 1 -x(Y2 O3) x,x为0 0 8~ 0 0 9时 ,试样在各个温度下的电导率较大 ,具有良好的导电性能。采用铂膏法涂制铂测量电极及其表面涂敷保护层后 ,SO2 气体在铂测量电极表面几乎没有氧化反应 ,提高了检测器的使用寿命。现场使用证明 ,对生产的稳定有明显的作用。
