摘要
介绍了DLS型电磁式漏酸检测仪的工作原理、结构特点和仪器的技术指标。该检测仪采用电磁感应的方式在线监测冷却水的电导率,具有检测灵活、可靠,稳定性好、寿命长等优点,可同时检测3个酸冷却器的工作情况。现场使用表明,该检测仪能够正确、及时对漏酸发出报警信号。
The working principle, structure features and technical indices of DLS electromagnetic acid leak detector are described. The leak detector has the advantages of flexible, reliable and stable detection of leakage and long life. It can detect operating condition of three acid coolers at the same time. The field applications showed that the detector could properly give alarm signal of acid leakage in time.
