摘要
为了对人工冬虫夏草保健食品提供安全性依据，本文应用小鼠急性毒性试验、骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和Ａｍｅｓ试验对其进行毒性和致突变性探讨，结果显示小鼠雌、雄ＬＤ５０＞１０ｇ／ｋｇ，属实际无毒；骨髓微核、小鼠精子畸形和Ａｍｅｓ试验均为阴性，未提示有致突变性。
To supply the information on the safety of made Cordyceps Sinensis as health food, the research was designed to approach its toxicity and mutation with Acute toxicity test in mice、Micronucleus test of bone marrow cell 、Sperm shape abnormality test in mice and Ames test. The results showed LD 50 >10g·kg -1 in mice and mutation tests negative.
