摘要
本文报道采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验,对冬虫夏草人工菌丝[Cordycepssinensis(Berk)Sacc.ArtificialPypha]遗传毒性进行研究。结果如下:人工菌丝作用1、2和4WK结果均为阴性,其抗诱变效应十分明显,且与时间呈正相关。
By means of micronucleus test of bone marrow cells and sperm malformation test,genetic toxicity of the Cordyceps sinensis (Berk)Sacc artificial Pypha was evaluated in mice. No mutagenic potential in groups treated with artificial Pypha for l,2 ,and 4 weeks was no- ticed.The antimutagenic potentlals of this substance was dose time dependent.The longerthe time of treatment the better the benefitial effect.
