摘要
目的 研究促进剂对奥沙普秦渗透性的影响。方法 采用Valia Chien扩散池进行大鼠离体皮肤的体外渗透实验。结果 透皮吸收促进剂和不同浓度的月桂氮酮对奥沙普秦的渗透性均有促进作用。结论 月桂氮酮对奥沙普秦透皮吸收的促进作用具有浓度依赖性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of enhancers on the transdermal delivery of oxaprozin. METHODS: The penetration rate of oxaprozin through rat skin in vitro was measured using Valia-Chien diffusion cell. RESULTS: The enhancers and different concentrations of laurocapram (Azone) 1%, 3%, 5%, 10% improved the transdermal delivery of oxaprozin. CONCLUSION: The transdermal delivery of oxaprozin was improved which related to the concentrations of laurocapram.
