介绍了高温压力传感器热零点漂移产生的原因以及一种抑制漂移的补偿办法 ,即利用相关材料的线膨胀系数的不同进行补偿。
The cause of the temperature excusion in the high temperature pressure sensor and a compensation method for restraining excusion by using the differeny lineal expansion coefficient of the correlative material are introduced.
