摘要
提出了基于Matlab软件得到压力值解析表达式中各多项式的系数 ,十分简便 ,可用于压力传感器的智能化。利用热零点漂移的非抛物线实验曲线 ,得到压力值的完整多项式 ,实现了解析算法。对热零点抛物线关系的成因作了讨论 ,认为 :除了力敏电阻的非线性外 ,还应考虑在 4 0~ 12 0℃时的反向漏电问题。
The simple method based on Matlab software for getting coefficients of multinomial in analytic expression of pressure values is stated. It can be used in intelligent pressure transducers. By using heat zero drift non parabola experimental curves, the complete multinomial of pressure values is obtained, thus the analytic algorithm is implemented. The cause of heat zero parabolic relation is discussed. The author stated that besides of non linearity of force sensitive resistance, reverse electric leakage at 40 to 120 degrees C shall be also considered.
