摘要
介绍了压力开关存在的过载现象和过载对压力开关寿命及可靠性的影响,提出了通过限位措施解决过载问题的办法。通过将推动微动开关机械触头的顶杆设计成两体结构,解决了限位不可靠的难题,并给出了2种限位方法的实验结果比较。试验结果表明:该结构设计合理,限位准确。该设计对同类产品具有借鉴和指导意义。
Overload problem in pressure-switch and effects of overload on life-span and reliability of pressure-switch are introduced, and the new method of this problem resolved by displacement restriction is put forward, Through pin-lift that drives contract-finger of micro-active switch is designed as a structure made up of two parts, unreliability of displacement restriction is solved, and experimentation results of two overload methods are compared. Experimentation results indicate that the design of the structure is reasonable, and displacement restriction is accurate, This design is of directive significance to similar products.
