摘要
介绍了一种以铂电阻为测温元件的高精度温度检测电路,并对其硬件电路及工作原理进行了详细说明。此硬件电路采用同一个参考电压给铂电阻电流源及A/D转换电路供电,使得测量结果仅与铂电阻随温度的变化值有关,而与铂电阻驱动电流的稳定度、A/D转换器参考电压精度等均无关,从而降低了高精度测量对硬件电路的苛刻要求,提高了温度检测的精度。
It is iatroduced in this paper the high-precision temperature sensing circuitry taking platinum resistance as temperature measurement device. The hardware circuit and its working principle have been analyzed in this paper. The same reference voltage is used in the platinum resistance current source and A/D converter circuit power supply, It can makes that the measurement results is relevant only to the platinum resistance value with the change in temperature but it is irrelevant to the stability of the platinum resistance drive current, A/D converter reference voltage accuracy, etc. So it can reduce the stringent requirements of the hardware circuit in high-precision measurement and improve the accuracy of the temperature measurement.
