摘要
以带腋芽的茎段为外植体进行侧芽诱导 ,并用试管微型扦插的方式进行人参果 (SolanummuricatumAit )的快速无性繁殖 .最适初代培养基为 2 / 3MS +BA 0 0 5mg/L +IAA 0 0 1～ 0 0 5mg/L ,而在 2 / 3MS +BA 0 0 15mg/L +IAA 0 0 0 5mg/L和 2 / 3MS +BA 0 0 37mg/L +IAA 0 0 15mg/L中可 1次成苗 ,并有 6～
The clonal propagation of Solanum muricatum Ait is deve loped through the microcuttage of the stem with a lateral bud.The optimu m induction medium is 2/3*!MS+BA*!0 05*!mg/L+IAA*!0 01～0 05*!mg/L. The pr oliferation of the shoot and rooting are carried out on the same kind of medium( 2/3*!MS+BA*!0 015*!mg/L+IAA*!0 005*!mg/L or 2/3*!MS+BA*!0 037*!mg/L+IAA *!0 015*!mg/L).The rate of proliferation of the shoot is 6～8 times.
