摘要
本文报道沙棘果实及种子提取油脂及类脂性物质的方法。研究对比压榨法、油脂扩散渗透法和有机溶剂萃取法的优缺点,探讨其在工业生产上的可行性。在有机溶剂萃取法中进一步研究不同溶剂的萃取效果以及根据原料的初始状态不同而用不同萃取方式所起的作用。结果表明,采用湿果渣直接进行液态连续萃取的工艺路线是适宜的,同时,产品中保存更多热敏性生物活性物质。研究最后部分还探索了不使用高温加热而有效地脱除产品中残留溶剂的方法,溶剂残留量在50ppm以下。
Methods of preparation of oils and lipid materials from seabuckthorn fruits and seeds are reported. Different techniques as mechanical pressing,diffusion process and the solvent extraction were tested and compared,and their suitability for industrial application discussed. In the same time,extraction efficiency of different solvent and procedure based on the original status of the sample were also studied. The results showed that,continuous solvent extraction of oil from wet seabuckthorn fruit residue is more advantageous,because in this case,drying of wet sample is unnecessary and more heat-sensitive bioactive substances can be recovered. Finally,an efficient method of removing residual solvent from the product without high temperature heating was worked out,solvent remained in the oil could be below 50 ppm.
