摘要
以彩色马蹄莲块茎芽或芽眼为外殖体,MS为基本培养基,在加BA1~2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L时,有利于丛芽和愈伤组织的诱导。在加BA0.5~1mg/L+NAA0.1~0.5mg/L时,既有利于不定丛芽的分化诱导,又利于不定芽的生长。在BA低于0.2mg/L时,有利于不定芽的生长,但对愈伤组织及不定芽的诱导不利,增殖系数低。高浓度BA有利于愈伤组织和芽的分化,低浓度则对芽的生长有利。生根适宜的培养基为加NAA0.3mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L。
Buds and eyes of coloured common callalily (Zantedeschia aethiopica Spreng) tuber as explants were cultured on MS medium supplemented with different combinations of plant regulators. The addition of BA 1~2 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L to MS medium was favorable to the induction of shoots and calli. Enrichment of the basic medium with BA 0.5~1 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L promoted the induction of adventitious shoots and their growth. BA concentrations lower than 0.2 mg/L were favorable for the growth of adventitious shoots but unfavorable for the induction of calli and adventitious shoots., resulting in low proliferation coefficients. Higher concentrations of BA were favorable for the differentiation of calli and shoots whereas lower concentrations favorable for the growth of shoots. The optimum rooting medium was MS supplemented with NAA 0.3 mg/L and IAA 0.2 mg/L.
