摘要
目的 :为了增加粘膜粘附缓释膜剂的粘附力 ,延长制剂在口腔内的滞留时间及制剂中药物的释放速率以提高药效。方法 :以溃宁复方中药为模型药 ,通过对制剂辅料的成膜性 ,膜剂的粘附力、溶解 (崩解 )时间、体外释放速率及在口腔停留时间的测定 ,对不同处方进行筛选。结果 :聚乙烯醇的成膜性好于其他的成膜材料 ,成膜材料形成骨架不溶解 ,加入羧甲基纤维素钠及聚羧乙烯后膜剂的粘附力为 4 6 4± 2 8g,T50 1 71 .6± 1 3.0min。结论 :聚乙烯醇 (型号 1 75 0 )与羧甲基纤维素钠及聚羧乙烯以 3∶ 6∶ 1的比例制成的膜剂为最佳处方 。
AIM The purpose is to increase bioadhesive strength of mucoadhesive sustained release films and to prolong the residence time of the dosage form in oral cavity as well as the release rate of drug from the formulation so as to improve the effect of drug. METHODS Through the extraction of Chinese medicine “Kui nin” as a model of the different kinds of recipes were observed by measuring the function of filming of different excipients and bioadhesive strength, the time of solution and release rate of different films. RESULTS Of all excipients the function of filming of polyvinyl alcohol was the best. The bioadhesive force of No.7 prescription was 464±28 g,T 50 =171.6±13.0 min,T d=346±17.0 min. CONCLUSION PVA 1750,CMC Na and carbopol in a ratio of 3∶6∶1 was the best recipe of films.
