摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定非洛地平口腔粘膜粘附片体外渗透特征。方法 :采用Franz扩散池研究非洛地平透过鸡嗉囊的行为。HPLC法测定接受池中非洛地平的浓度。同时对药物渗透鸡嗉囊的机制进行初步探讨。结果 :HPLC可简便、精确地测定透过模型粘膜的药物量。非洛地平以零级速率透过鸡嗉囊 ,渗透速率常数为 0 8981% /h。结论 :HPLC法准确测定非洛地平从口腔粘膜粘附片中渗透过鸡嗉囊的量。
AIM: HPLC method was established to determine the permeation characteristics of felodipine from buccoadhesive tablets through chicken ingluvies.METHOD: The Franz diffusion cells were utilized to characterize the permeation behaviour of felodipine from buccoadhesive tablet. HPLC method was used for the determination of felodipine in sample solutions. The permeation mechanism was elementarily characterized.RESULT: HPLC method was simple and precise for the determination of felodipine. Felodipine penetrated the model mucosa in zero-order rate with an in-vitro permeation rate constant of 0.8981%/h. CONCLUSION: HPLC method was successfully utilized to determine and characterize the permeation of felodipine through chicken ingluvies from buccoadhesive tablets.
