摘要
以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为基质制备米非司酮(1)分散体的粘贴膜剂。其体外溶出及经粘膜渗透均比常规的1片剂快。月桂氮 酮能加速膜剂的渗透速率,但对片剂并无作用。差示热分析研究表明米非司酮/HPMC固态分散体中1以分子状态存在。
The mifepristone vaginal mucosal adhesive films from mifepristone (1)/HPMC dispersions were prepared. The dissolution rate and permeation rate of 1 in films were faster than those of 1 in the conventional tablets. The enhancer laurocapram improved the permeation rate of 1 in the films,but not in the tablets.The DSC and SEM studies showed that 1 existed in molecular forms in the matrix of HPMC.
