摘要
本文通过介绍始于 2 0世纪 90年代的全球并购浪潮的主要特点 ,提出了我国企业在发展海外投资过程中从中得到的启示 :宏观方面 ,一要培育具有国际竞争力的巨型企业 ,二要重视发展高新技术产业 ;微观方面 ,企业既要具有面向全球的经营观念 ,培育世界知名品牌 ,又要积极参与跨国并购活动 ,以期推动我国企业海外投资的新发展。
The author introduces the main features of the tide of merger and purchase from 1990s, and then puts forward some suggestions to the domestic enterprises which will develop the overseas investment: in the broad sense, our government should develop the giant enterprises with strong competitiveness and focus on developing high science and technology; in the narrow sense, the enterprises should hold the ideas of facing the globe, develop the products with famous brands in the world and actively participate the activities of merger and purchase in order to promote the new development of the overseas investment of the domestic enterprises.
