摘要
中国企业跨国并购还存在着并购规模较小、并购领域集中、并购对象大多生存状况不佳等特点,造成这种现象的主要原因在于中国企业跨国并购的发展存在诸多障碍。洞悉这些障碍,采取有效的措施推动中国企业跨国并购的快速健康发展是决定中国企业国际化进程的重要因素,同时也是提升中国企业国际竞争力和国家全球竞争力的客观要求。
Chinese enterprise transnational M＆A have such characteristic, for example, little scale, centralized field and merging target survive state not good, the main reason to cause this kind of phenomenon lies in developing a great deal of obstacles of transnational M＆A of Chinese enterprise. Knowing these obstacles clearly, it is an important factor of determining the internationalized process of Chinese enterprise to take the fast sound development that the effective measure promotes transnational M＆A of Chinese enterprise, promote the objective demand of international competitiveness and national global competitiveness of Chinese enterprise at the same time.
